Freebord Canada ships orders via UPS or Canada Post. Depending on your location, you have the option to choose your preferred shipping method. Shipping fees will vary depending on the weight and destination of your package, and will be automatically computed when you enter your shipping information in the checkout pages. See the drop down menu in Checkout to choose a service and estimate shipping costs.
Orders received before 12pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will ship out the same day; orders received after 12pm Eastern (and on weekends) will ship on the next business day. Domestic orders will have the option of upgrading the shipping method for faster delivery (such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12pm (noon) Eastern Time, or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding CDN holidays.
Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged. This is true when you order multiple boards, hardware etc
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You may enter your tracking number at www.ups.com or www.canadapost.ca to see the status of your shipment.
